EPISODE XLVIII: PEACE ON EARTH, GOODWILL TO ALL

I talk about Memorial day about the respect for the troops, but why send them in the first place unless it is absolutely necessary?  This is quite a philosophical episode as I ask a lot of questions that either no one wants to ask, or no one will ask.  This one is a heavy one kiddies.

I reflect on my 47th trip around the sun and what lessons I have learned and speak a little bit about creating Breathe N Bounce.  Also I talk about Experience I: The Arrival and share the music from the event.

EPISODE XLVI: MOTHER IS THE NAME FOR GOD

It may be a day after Mothers Day but I go on an emotional rollercoaster thinking about my Mother and her passing and the many different emotions and events that transpired after her death.  How my whole outlook on life and brain changed.  How I gave up for a minute and jumped back in.

I talk about how grief can affect people and also get really personal talking about my own struggle with the grief of losing my mother at an early age. Also Preston Klik, sound practitioner who has been doing performances for a long time talks about his event coming up at the Rosehill Cemetary in Chicago.

Your life is based on the choices you make, and I talk about some of the choices I have made.  I also talk about the power I have cultivated to being able to make my own choices and taking responsibility for my life. 

EPISODE XLIII: STUDENT OF THE GAME

We are constantly learning about life.   We have blessings and we have lessons but the lessons can also be blessings if you look at it that way.  I talk about where I have been and where I am and how anyone can follow the path if they are willing to do the work.

Ever feel like everything is piling up on you and you're going to explode.  Maybe life is getting you down.  Perhaps it is how we perceive things, as I talk about my own doomsday scenarios.

EPISODE XLI: FULL CIRCLE

Ironically we have an eclipse today since we are talking about circles but anyhow.  I discuss my journey how 20 years ago I shut down my creation of the Stoned Ranger.  A character who was obnoxious, vulgar, angry, and hostile, but did have a heart.  20 years later, I decided being myself was better as I talk about what got me to this point and the build up to Experience I, my semi retreat happening on May 19 in Bartlett, IL
